2. What’s included in your Bali travel packages?

3. How far in advance should I book?
Recommended lead times:
- Couples/solo travel: 6-8 weeks minimum
- Family travel: 8-12 weeks minimum
- Group travel (6+ people): 10-16 weeks minimum
Peak season (July-August, December-January) requires longer lead times due to high demand. Early booking ensures better accommodation availability, preferred pricing, and more activity options.
We can accommodate last-minute bookings (2-3 weeks notice) but expect limited choices and potentially higher pricing.
4. Do I need a visa for Bali?
Visa on Arrival (VOA): Most nationalities including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, EU countries can get visa on arrival at Bali airport.
- Cost: IDR 500,000 (approx. $35 USD)
- Duration: 30 days, extendable once for 30 more days
- Payment: Cash or card at airport
Visa-free entry: Citizens of 10 ASEAN countries get 30 days visa-free (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.)

5. Can you customize any package?
Yes, every package is fully customizable at no extra cost. This is how we work, not an upsell.
Common customizations:

- Adjust duration (extend or shorten stay)

6. What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policy:
- 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
- 30-60 days before: 50% refund, or 100% credit toward future booking (valid 12 months)
- Less than 30 days: No refund, but we minimize losses and pass through any vendor refunds
Date changes: No fee if changed 60+ days out. Changes 30-60 days: $100 fee + price differences.
Changes under 30 days: subject to vendor cancellation policies.
We strongly recommend travel insurance (typically 4-10% of trip cost) which covers cancellation for covered reasons like illness, family emergencies, etc.
7. Is travel insurance required?
Not required, but strongly recommended.
Travel insurance covers:
- Trip cancellation for covered reasons
- Trip interruption or delays
- Medical emergencies while traveling
- Lost or delayed luggage
- Emergency evacuation if needed
Cost is typically 4-10% of your trip cost (example: $100-200 for a $2,000 trip). We can recommend reputable providers if needed.
